就目前国内通信机房能耗较大、存在环境污染的问题,从建筑节能、运营管理、能源效率等方面进行了技术分析。雅砻江流域集控中心通信机房为达成建设“绿色”通信机房的目标,在设计中通过绿色选材、改善建筑围护结构、提高设备能源利用效率、改善运营管理等方式减少能耗,降低维护运行成本,同时注重降低对臭氧层的破坏,执行本方案后,较普通机房总体节能率约达50%。
