一、培养良好班风,影响后进学生班风是班级绝大多数成员精神面貌的集中体现。良好的班风一旦形成、巩固下来,便成为一股无形的力量,制约着全班学生的思想和行为,对于后进学生原有的思想、行为,是一种外在压力。身处这种氛围中,后进生会产生孤独感和失落感,因而出现从众行为:放弃自己原有的观点和行为以适应班风的要求。天长日久,后进生的从众行为由开始的不情愿、不习惯,发展为比较情愿、习惯,最终被班风同化,实现转变。
I. Fostering a good class style and affecting the class of the backward students is a concentrated expression of the spiritual outlook of most members of the class. Once a good class has formed and consolidated, it becomes an invisible force that restricts the thinking and behavior of the entire class of students. It is an external pressure for the backward students’ original thoughts and behaviors. In this ambience, backward students will develop loneliness and sense of loss, and there will be a herd behavior: giving up their original views and behaviors to suit the demands of the class. As time goes on, the backward behavior of the hereditary behavior starts from the unwillingness and unaccustomedness of the students and develops into more willingness and habits, and is eventually assimilated into the class to achieve transformation.
