目的探讨看图对话教育模式在新发糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将140例糖尿病患者分成两组,观察组70例,对照组70例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理的同时运用看图对话教育模式。观察两组患者自我管理及治疗依从性,同时采用焦虑、抑郁量表(SAS、SDS)对两组进行心理状况比较。结果对于入选的140例患者,给予不同的健康教育模式,出院时观察组在主动监测血糖、胰岛素治疗依从性、饮食控制、自律运动方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组SAS、SDS小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用看图对话教育模式能增进新发糖尿病患者的自我管理及自我保健预防的方法,提高其治疗依从性,减轻了糖尿病患者的焦虑、抑郁症状。
Objective To explore the application effect of the diagram dialogue education model in newly diagnosed diabetic patients. Methods 140 cases of diabetic patients were divided into two groups, observation group 70 cases, control group 70 cases. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given routine nursing while using the diagram dialogue education mode. The self-management and treatment compliance were observed in both groups. Mental status was compared between the two groups by using anxiety and depression scale (SAS, SDS). Results In the 140 patients selected, different modes of health education were given. At discharge, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05) in the active monitoring of blood glucose, insulin treatment compliance, diet control and self-discipline exercise. , SDS was less than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of pictorial dialogue education mode can improve the self-management and self-care prevention of new-onset diabetes patients, improve their compliance with treatment and relieve the anxiety and depression of diabetic patients.
