MAN型储气罐从国外引进,到普遍应用于城市燃气行业,差不多经历了20年左右的时间,但其密封油液的飞溅问题却一直没有解决好。 MAN型罐的一个显著特点是采用稀油密封。罐运行时,对罐内燃气起密封作用的油液是循环流动的。在罐内活塞油杯中的密封油沿罐侧板内侧流向罐底油杯,经输送到罐外下部的集油箱中,脱除密封油中的水份后被自动开启的油泵打入气罐上部集油箱,油液流经罐壁上的泄油孔再进入罐内,密封油靠自重沿罐侧板内侧处下泄,重新回到活塞油杯完成循环。暂时滞存在活塞油杯中的油液凭借自身压
MAN type gas storage tanks were imported from abroad and applied to the urban gas industry in general. It took almost 20 years or so, but the problem of splashing of sealing oil has not been solved. One of the salient features of the MAN tank is the use of thin oil seals. When the tank is in operation, the oil that seals the gas in the tank is circulating. The sealing oil in the tank inner piston oil cup flows along the inside of the tank side plate to the tank bottom oil cup, and after being delivered to the lower part of the tank, the oil pump in the sealing oil is automatically injected into the gas tank after the water in the sealing oil is removed. In the upper collection tank, the oil flows through the drain hole on the tank wall and then enters the tank. The sealed oil is drained along the inside of the tank side plate by its own weight and returned to the piston cup to complete the cycle.
