法国工程师职衔认证体系在保证和提高法国的工程师教育质量、引导工程师教育发展方向等方面起到了重要的作用。在我国高等工程教育实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”之际,学习和借鉴法国工程师职衔委员会(CTI)制订并实施的工程师职衔认证体系及其认证过程、认证标准和认证特色对我国高等工程教育的认证及其发展具有积极的现实意义。 The French engineer’s title certification system plays an important role in ensuring and improving the education quality of engineers in France and guiding the engineer’s education development. On the occasion of the implementation of the “Higher Engineer Education and Training Program” in higher engineering education in our country, we study and learn from the certificate system and its certification process, certification standards and certification features developed and implemented by the French Engineers Title Council (CTI) Education certification and its development have positive and practical significance.
