霉菌毒素是饲料霉变所产生的有毒次级代谢产物,其在体内的蓄积会导致动物机体免疫力下降,损伤体内脏器,最终导致畜禽发病或生产性能降低~[1-2]),给养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。同时,霉菌毒素残留还可以通过食物链传递给人,对动物源食品安全和人类健康造成潜在危害~([3])。随着现代养殖业的快速发展,人们对饲料中霉菌毒素的污染日益重视,近几年研究人员陆续对我国不同地区的畜禽饲料 Mycotoxins are virulent secondary metabolites produced by mildew of feed and their accumulation in the body will lead to the decrease of immunity of the animal body and damage to the internal organs and finally lead to the decrease of incidence or performance of livestock and poultry [1-2] To the breeding industry caused huge economic losses.
