随着21世纪的到来,我国的基础教育改革正顺应世界教育改革的浪潮,如火如荼地进行着。我国教育事业的发展取得了举世瞩目的成绩。但湘西山区农村教育与其他发达地区还有很大的差距。本文以怀化市会同县教育现状为例,从教师队伍建设、教育经费投入、学校布局调整、学前教育管理、改革创新理念等五个角度入手,分析湘西山区农村中小学教育中普遍潜在的问题,引出思考和建议。
With the advent of the 21st century, China’s basic education reform is in full swing in response to the wave of world education reform. The development of education in our country has made remarkable achievements. However, rural education in mountainous areas in western Hunan still lags behind other developed areas. This paper takes Huitong County Huaihua City as an example, analyzes the potential problems in primary and secondary education in rural areas of western Hunan from five aspects: the construction of teachers, the investment of education, the adjustment of school layout, the management of preschool education and the idea of reform and innovation. Lead to thinking and suggestions.
