本文报道了四种多糖化合物:微藻多糖(PSS)、马鳖多糖(PSM)、草钟乳多糖(PAT)和蛇头草多糖(glucomanan)的抗癌作用及其对免疫功能的影响。研究结果表明:当剂量为25和50mg/kg(P.0)时,对S180的抑制率分别为52.83%~63.75%,46.72%~52.40%,60.70%~65.70%,51.09%~58.95%;对肝癌的抑制率分别为42.86%~46.89%,32.91%~41.93%,43.17%~47.52%,37.27%~44.72%;对单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,小鼠免疫器官重量、脾淋巴细胞增殖、血清溶血素的生成均有明显的提高。因此认为这四种多糖可以作为生物反应调节剂,用于肿瘤的辅助治疗。
This paper reports the anti-cancer effects of four polysaccharide compounds: microalgae polysaccharide (PSS), horse squash polysaccharide (PSM), gram pollen polysaccharide (PAT) and glucomanan (glucomanan) and their effects on immune function. The results showed that when the doses were 25 and 50 mg/kg (P.0), the inhibition rates for S180 were 52.83% to 63.75%, 46.72% to 52.40%, and 60.70%, respectively. ~ 65.70%, 51.09% ~ 58.95%; inhibition rate of liver cancer were 42.86% ~ 46.89%, 32.91% ~ 41.93%, 43.17% ~ 47. 52%, 37.27% to 44.72%; The phagocytic function of mononuclear macrophages, mouse immune organ weight, spleen lymphocyte proliferation, and serum hemolysin production were all significantly improved. Therefore, these four polysaccharides can be considered as biological response modifiers for the adjuvant treatment of tumors.
