从金丝小枣枣皮、枣核中提取多酚类物质,用酒石酸铁法测定枣皮中多酚含量为12.50mg/g,枣核中多酚含量为9.80mg/g。以小鼠为试验动物,研究了枣皮、枣核中多酚提取物的抗炎、抗凝血、耐缺氧作用及对组织SOD和MDA的影响。研究结果表明,枣皮、枣核多酚提取物对小鼠抗炎、抗凝血、耐缺氧作用明显,并能显著提高小鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低丙二醛的含量。为开发和利用枣产品加工中的副产品提供了药理学依据。
Polyphenols were extracted from jujube and jujube core of Ziziphus jujuba Mill. The content of polyphenol in jujube skin was 12.50 mg / g by iron tartrate method, and the content of polyphenol in jujube core was 9.80 mg / g. The mice were used as experimental animals to study the anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant and hypoxia-tolerant effects of polyphenol extracts from jujube and datepell and their effects on SOD and MDA contents. The results show that jujube, jujube polyphenol extract of mice anti-inflammatory, anti-clotting, hypoxia-tolerant significantly, and can significantly increase the activity of superoxide dismutase in mice and reduce the content of malondialdehyde. It provides a pharmacological basis for the development and utilization of by-products in the processing of jujube products.
