舒洛地特(SDX)是硫酸氨基葡萄糖类物质,具有一定的抗凝效果,可以用于治疗各种静脉疾病。从国内外研究现状出发,对SDX治疗静脉疾病的病理生理机制简要阐述,介绍SDX在慢性静脉疾病(CVD)、静脉性溃疡及深静脉血栓等疾病的临床研究结果。通过对上述临床研究的分析,得出口服SDX治疗效果的临床证据,已经在CVD、静脉性溃疡的辅助治疗中得到证实。 Sulodextrine (SDX) is a glucosamine sulfate substance that has a definite anticoagulant effect and can be used to treat a variety of venous conditions. Based on the current research situation both at home and abroad, the pathophysiological mechanism of SDX in the treatment of venous diseases is briefly introduced. The clinical results of SDX in chronic venous diseases (CVD), venous ulcers and deep venous thrombosis are introduced. Through the clinical analysis of the above, obtained clinical evidence of oral SDX treatment has been confirmed in the CVD, venous ulcer adjuvant therapy.
