工资不仅是劳动者收入的主要来源,更是企业的一项重要成本,因此,它在现代经济生活中具有极为重要的地位,科学地调整工资水平便是摆在我们面前的一大任务。文章以2001-2014年我国30个省区的工资水平为研究对象,选取6个主要经济影响因素,运用空间计量经济学方法,建立空间误差面板数据模型,对工资水平是否与该省区各项经济指标相匹配进行实证研究。结果表明:总体而言,我国30个省区工资水平同6个主要经济指标相匹配;分省区来看,一半省区的工资水平偏高,另一半偏低,但其偏差程度在统计上均不显著,这进一步验证各省区工资水平与经济指标的匹配性。笔者分析了其中的原因,并据此提出对工资政策的建议。
Wages are not only the main source of income for laborers, but also an important cost to the enterprise. Therefore, it is extremely important in the modern economic life.
