为全面评价某型火箭弹的抗静电能力,抽取在标准条件下长期贮存的某型火箭弹电点火具,利用真实静电感度测试方法,研究了不同年代生产的电点火具的静电感度,确定了其静电点火能量分布参数和静电点火能量安全界限;基于火工人体ESD模型和火工金属ESD模型,确定了危险静电源对某型火箭弹直接放电的静电安全电压阈值。
In order to comprehensively evaluate the antistatic ability of a certain type of rockets, a certain type of rocket poke type ignition poke stored under standard conditions for a long time was extracted. The electrostatic susceptibility of the electrical poke types produced in different years was studied by using the real electrostatic susceptibility testing method. The parameters of electrostatic ignition energy distribution and the electrostatic ignition energy safety margin were established. Based on the ESD model of human body and the metal ESD model, the static safety voltage threshold of the direct discharge of dangerous static power source to a rocket was determined.
