激光打印机硒鼓作为办公室易耗品,消耗量巨大。传统做法是直接更换整个硒鼓,重新购买新的硒鼓更换使用,这就使得打印使用成本高。而且报废的硒鼓材料、碳粉等为不易降解材料,也会对环境造成污染。因此,本文对激光打印机的回收利用技术进行了研究,重点对感光鼓的更换,碳粉的添加技术、改装工艺等进行了研究。并对改装后的硒鼓进行了打印测试,验证其的有效性及实用性。
Laser printer cartridge as a consumable office, a huge consumption. The traditional practice is to directly replace the entire cartridge, re-purchase of new cartridge replacement, which makes the printing costs high. And scrapped cartridge materials, toner and other materials is not easy to degrade, will also cause environmental pollution. Therefore, this paper studies the technology of laser printer recycling, focusing on the replacement of the photosensitive drum, carbon powder addition technology, modification process were studied. And the print cartridge after the test was conducted to verify the effectiveness and practicality.
