目的 探讨哮喘患者血小板活化功能的改变及其临床意义。方法 采用直接荧光标记和流式细胞仪分别测定哮喘急性发作组 (2 8例 )、哮喘缓解组 (16例 )及正常对照组 (18例 )血小板膜 CD6 2 P的表达水平。结果 哮喘急性发作组血小板膜 CD6 2 P阳性百分比为 (2 3.84±15 .72 ) % ,荧光强度为 2 .75± 1.5 3,与正常对照组和哮喘缓解组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 哮喘发作存在血小板的异常活化 ,随病情的缓解血小板活化水平明显下降 ,血小板在哮喘的气道炎症反应中有一定作用
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet activation in patients with asthma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CD6 2 P on platelets in acute asthma group (28 cases), asthma remission group (16 cases) and normal control group (18 cases) were determined by direct fluorescent labeling and flow cytometry respectively. Results The percentage of CD6 2 P positive platelets in acute exacerbation group was (2. 3.84 ± 15 .72)%, and the fluorescence intensity was 2.75 ± 1.53. There was significant difference between normal control group and asthma relief group (P < 0 .0 5, P <0 .0 1). Conclusion There is an abnormal activation of platelet in the asthmatic attack, and the level of platelet activation is obviously decreased with the alleviation of the disease. The platelet plays a role in the airway inflammation of asthma
