需要引起我们注意的,并不是增速预期的节节下滑,而是官方对增速下滑所保有的“平常心”。回望中国印刷业的发展史,尤其是近30年来的发展史,“高速”既是最显著的标签,也是最辉煌的业绩。今天在这里,我们不去细盘多年来中国印刷业以怎样的高速度一骑绝尘,但常年的两位数增长,已使全行业产生了浓重的“速度情结”:速度,成为考量企业是否经营成功的重要维度;速度,也成为判定行业是否健康发展的关键指标。
