研究以花生壳膳食纤维为载体,以十二胺和氯磺酸为原料,引入疏水基团和亲水基团的双亲型低密度脂蛋白吸附剂的制备工艺,探讨反应时间、反应温度对吸附能力的影响。结果表明,该吸附剂可使血浆总胆固醇吸附率达到40.8%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇吸附率达到50.8%,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的吸附率为23.6%。该吸附剂对低密度脂蛋白具有良好的吸附选择性。
