丙烯酰胺是一种新的化学灌浆材料,它的优点是:粘度低,可灌性高,渗透系数极小,聚合速度快,聚合条件可任意控制,具有抗酸碱、抗风化及抗菌的性能,所以在国外工程中得到了较广泛的应用,是一种有发展前途的新材料。目前,我国不少单位在这方面进行了大量試驗研究工作,取得了良好的成績。上海勘测設計院在缺乏資料和設备的情况丁,发揚自力更生、奋发图強的革命精神,敢想敢干,敢于革新,終于解决了配方,初步設計和制造出設备,并在室内外試驗和某些工程部位的試灌中取得了有意义的成果。但是,这种新的化学灌浆材料还有強度比較低的缺点,而且由于原料及設备等方面的原因,目前成本还較高。因此,我們希望有关单位进一步积极試驗研究,以使这种新材料在我国水利水电工程建設中尽早发揮应有的作用。

At present, quite a few units in our country have conducted a great deal of experimental research in this field and have achieved good results. In the absence of information and equipment, Shanghai Surveying and Design Institute carried forward the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and work hard to dare to innovate. Finally, the formula was formulated and the equipment was initially designed and manufactured. Tests and some engineering sites have achieved significant results. However, this new chemical grouting material also has the disadvantage of low strength, and due to raw materials and equipment, the cost is still relatively high. Therefore, we hope that the relevant units will further conduct positive experimental research so that this new material will play its due role as soon as possible in the construction of hydropower projects in our country.
