本文用LCBO MO法证明具有下述结构特征的二元化合物其禁带宽度Eg仅是键性质的函数,与结构的类型无关。这个结构特征是:两种组分原子交替配位,形成周期性和连通性的共价键网络。本文的结论从理论上支持了许多文献用键性质归纳二元化合物半导体Eg数值规律的工作。
In this paper, the LCBO MO method is used to prove that the forbidden band width Eg of a binary compound with the following structural characteristics is a function of bond properties only, regardless of the type of structure. The structural feature is that the two component atoms are alternately coordinated to form a periodic and connectivity covalent bond network. The conclusion of this paper theoretically supports the work of many literatures on inducing numerical rules of binary compound semiconductors with bond properties.
