小学生受其年龄局限,在身心发展上还有不足,需要教师引导帮助其建立集体观念和秩序感,帮助其养成良好的习惯。本文从当下小学教育中存在的问题入手,探讨解决问题的可行性策略,为广大一线教师提供一些借鉴。
Pupils are limited by their age and lack of physical and mental development. They need guidance from teachers to help them to establish a sense of community and order and help them develop good habits. This article starts from the current problems in elementary education and discusses the feasibility and tactics for solving the problems so as to provide some references for teachers in the field.
