在大搞简易设备中,我厂职工利用现有材料自己设计,自己制造成功一台单管式通用车床。为了使这台机床提前试制成功,因此采用了焊接结构,将车头、床身、床腿、皮带轮等焊成整体。床身是利用一根旧管子制成,传动机构采用脚踏(或由电动机直接带动),因此本身机构简单,重量轻,很适合一般农村工厂使用。该机床系由床身(管子),车头、刀架、床腿等四个部件组成(见附图),现分述如下:(1)床身——与一般车床床身不同,它利用旧有钢管(铁管也可以)来代替了一般车床上复杂的导轧,当作床面,内装传动丝槓。(2)车头——由主轴、轴瓦架(利用旧钢板焊成)、皮带轮等主要部件组成。
In the large-scale simple equipment, I plant employees use their own existing material design, manufacturing their own successful single-tube universal lathe. The machine consists of bed (tube), the front, the turret, bed legs and other four components (see photo), are as follows: (1) bed - with the general lathe bed, which uses the old A steel pipe (iron pipe can be) to replace the general lathe on the complex rolling, as the bed, built-in drive screw. (2) the front - from the spindle, bearing pad (using the old steel welding), pulley and other major components.
