地图是地理学的第二语言,是学习地理知识、认知世界重要并直观的工具。地图内容应具有明显的思想性和较高的科学性,地图上的自然要素和社会要素等体现着作者、编者的思想倾向。地图编制必须符合国家相关规定和出版要求,传达正确、规范的版图信息。文章以《中国儿童地图百科全书》的编纂为例,力求在科学、准确、直观、通俗的基础上,阐述儿童地图类图书地图编制的注意事项和地图语言的恰当运用,以及编纂理念、形式设计及多媒体融合等。
The map is the second language of geography and is an important and intuitive tool for learning geography and the world. The content of the map should have obvious ideology and high scientific nature. The natural elements and social elements on the map embody the ideological tendencies of authors and editors. Map preparation must comply with relevant state regulations and publishing requirements, to convey the correct, normative layout information. Taking the compilation of “Encyclopedia of Children’s Map of China” as an example, this paper tries to elaborate the precautions and compilation of map language in children’s map based on science, accuracy, intuition and popularity, as well as the compilation idea, formal design And multimedia integration.
