目的：探讨病灶扁桃体摘除是否安全及适宜手术时机，并明确扁桃体摘除术对已形成病灶的远隔脏器有无新的刺激及影响。方法：３０例病灶扁桃体术前检查及用药、术中出血量及术后并发症与４８例非病灶型慢性扁桃体炎手术治疗组对照。结果：两对照组间无明显差异。结论：说明在原发病基本控制，心电图、血常规正常时，病灶扁桃体摘除是安全的 Objective: To investigate the safety of tonsillectomy and the appropriate timing of surgery, and determine whether the tonsillectomy has a new stimulus and influence on the distant organ that has formed the lesion. Methods: Thirty tonsil preoperative examination and medication, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications were compared with 48 cases of non-focal chronic tonsillitis surgical treatment group. Results: There was no significant difference between the two control groups. CONCLUSIONS: It is safe to take the tonsillectomy in the control of primary disease, ECG and normal blood
