本文观察肺心病、风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者的肺血流图及其微分图变化,对二者诊断与鉴别上作一探讨。一、对象 1.正常组66例,男48例,女18例,平均年龄57.5岁。无明显心肺疾病史,心电图、心向量图、胸透、及超声心动图检查均无异常者。2.肺心组66例,男52例,女16例,平均年龄62岁,均符合1977年全国肺心病诊
This paper observed pulmonary heart disease, rheumatic mitral stenosis in patients with pulmonary blood flow diagram and its differential changes in the diagnosis and identification of the two make a discussion.
