目的　探讨术前处理对内窥镜鼻窦手术中出血量的影响 ,从而提高术后疗效。方法　 1 36例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行术前处理 ,并与未经术前处理的同期同类手术 4 5例比较。结果　术前处理组术中出血量明显减少 ,与未处理组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。且术前处理组术后总有效率为 91 .1 8% ,未处理组 80 % ,两者亦有统计学差异 (x2 =6 .0 3,P<0 .0 5 )。结论　慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者经过术前处理可减少术中出血 ,提高术后疗效 Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative treatment on the amount of bleeding in endoscopic sinus surgery to improve the postoperative efficacy. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps underwent preoperative treatment and compared with 45 cases of the same kind of surgery without preoperative treatment. Results The preoperative blood loss was significantly decreased in the pretreatment group compared with the untreated group (P <0.01). The total effective rate was 91.18% in preoperative treatment group and 80% in untreated group, there was also a significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 6.30, P <0.05). Conclusion Chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps in patients with preoperative treatment can reduce intraoperative bleeding and improve postoperative efficacy
