目前,稻草栽培平菇一般采用长段或整草进行床畦栽培,费工费时、占地面积大。为了寻找新的栽培方式,提高生产效率和经济效益,我们进行了稻草粉袋栽平菇与废料利用试验。现将方法与结果简介如下:一、材料与方法(一)供试菌种菌种为佛罗里达平菇,引自河南农大微生物室。母种用PDA 培养基,原种为玉米粒培养基,栽培种为棉子壳培养基。
