为全面实践“三个代表”重要思想,认真贯彻党的十六大精神,进一步落实党中央、国务院和中央纪委关于党政领导干部廉洁自律的各项规定,规范公安部机关工作人员的从政行为,现结合实际,重申并制定如下规定:一、不准利用职务便利和影响,过问职责范围内不应该知道的案件情况,采取各种方式为案件当事人说情,干扰地方公安机关执法办案。二、不准默许或授意配偶、子女及身边工作人员打着自己的旗号,通过干扰执法办案、插手行政审批、干预人事安排等手段牟取私利。
