随着时代的发展,各行各业都是获得了较大的发展,尤其是工业产业部门,在国民经济增长中发挥了巨大的作用。因此,在这样的背景下,在工业产业的生产实际中,某些压力容器作为相关装置的气源,同样发挥了巨大的作用。但是,需要注意到的一点是,在工业生产运行的过程中,整个压力容器处于一种不能停止的状态,对这些压力容器进行周期性的检查成为一个较大的难题。针对于这种情况,本文借助于声发射技术进行相关压力容器的在线监测,并且给出相应的检测方法,进一步促进我国工业生产的可持续发展,更好的在国民经济增长中发挥作用。
With the development of the times, all walks of life have gained greater development, especially in the industrial sector, which has played a huge role in the growth of the national economy. Therefore, in this context, in the actual production of industrial industries, some pressure vessels have also played a huge role as gas sources for related devices. However, it is important to note that during the process of industrial operation, the entire pressure vessel is in a non-stop state. The periodic inspection of these pressure vessels is a big problem. In view of this situation, this paper makes use of acoustic emission technology to carry out on-line monitoring of related pressure vessels and gives corresponding detection methods to further promote the sustainable development of China’s industrial production and better play a role in the national economic growth.
