银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)不仅是优良用材和庭园绿化树种,而且所产的干果是我国传统的出口商品。但银杏为雌雄异株植物,雌株的经济价值较大,而雌雄株的鉴别比较困难,幼树需生长到20年以后才能分出雌雄,这给生产上带来很大不便。因此,在形态上表现出性别之前,能否找出某些生理生化指标进行早期鉴定,从而根据栽培目的进行取舍,在生产上有重要意义。国内曾报道银杏雌雄株叶部过氧化物酶同工酶图谱存在差异,但因该法设备技术条件要求太高,用于生产还有一定困难。为了探讨这一问
