清代封建论早已摆脱了先前单纯体制之争的窠臼,成为论者借以表达其政治抱负与理想的凭借。清初封建论主要从郡县制的本质及其具体制度设计层面反思和检讨了明亡清兴;清中叶封建论则以较隐晦的方式表达了对于当下君主专制的批判;而晚清封建论则受传统封建论以及西方宪政思想的双重影响,主旨多维。清代封建论的顽强表达及其阶段性特征突显了儒家文化与君主专制之间的尖锐对立以及儒家思想强烈的现实关怀品质。
The feudalism theory of the Qing Dynasty had already got rid of the stereotypes of the previous struggle of the pure system and became the virtue of the argumentators to express their political aspirations and ideals. The feudalism theory in the early Qing Dynasty mainly reflected and reviewed Qing Dynasty from the nature of the county system and its specific system design. The feudalism in the mid-Qing Dynasty expresses the critique of monarchy in the present time in a rather obscure manner. It is influenced by traditional feudalism theory and western constitutionalism thought. The tenacious expression of the feudalist theory in the Qing Dynasty and its phased features highlight the sharp confrontation between the Confucian culture and the monarchy and the intense concern for the quality of the real thought of Confucianism.
