随着安徽省自主创新能力的不断增强,安徽省信息产业最近几年也得到快速发展,信息产业对安徽省经济增长的贡献率也在迅速提高。与此同时,安徽省信息产业在发展中还存在着投入不足、产业基础薄弱、高科技人才匮乏以及自主创新能力有待进一步提高等问题。这些问题的存在严重制约了安徽省信息产业的进一步发展。因此,有必要加大对信息产业的投入力度,强化对信息产业人才的激励措施,加大结构调整力度,不断实现产业升级,完善以企业为主体的自主创新体系,建立健全信息化建设的法律法规和标准体系。
With the continuously increasing capability of independent innovation in Anhui Province, the information industry in Anhui Province has also been rapidly developed in recent years. The contribution rate of the information industry to the economic growth in Anhui Province is also rapidly increasing. At the same time, there are still some problems in the development of information industry in Anhui province, such as insufficient investment, weak industrial foundation, lack of high-tech talents and the capability of independent innovation to be further improved. Therefore, it is necessary to increase investment in the information industry, strengthen the incentive measures for the talents in the information industry, intensify structural adjustment, continuously upgrade the industry, perfect the independent innovation system with enterprises as the main body, and establish and improve the law of information construction Regulations and standards system.
