本文主要以激励机制在高校内控中的运用探究为切入点进行分析,结合当下高校财务控制中实行激励机制的必要性,从激励机制的有关概述、在高校内部控制中实行激励机制的原则及作用、高校财务内部系统管理的完善这四个方面进行深入探索与分析,主要目的在于加大激励机制在高校财务内控中的运用力度,从而提高高校财务内控工作开展的效率,以此来保障高校的核心竞争力,从而推动高校在发展中开辟新高度。
