目的:建立复方黑参颗粒中肉桂酸和哈巴俄苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Dikma Diamonsil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-0.5%甲酸水溶液(56∶44)等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温25 ℃,检测器波长278 nm。结果:肉桂酸和哈巴俄苷进样量分别在1.53~40.80、4.56~121.60 μg·mL-1时,线性关系良好,线性范围依次为Y=190177X-39502 (r=0.9997);Y=55216X-21379(r=0.9996)。平均加样回收率分别为99.6%(RSD1.0%),100.8%(RSD1.2%)。结论:样品处理方法简便、结果准确、重复性良好,该方法可用于复方黑参颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of cinnamic acid and harpagoside in compound black ginseng granules. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the isocratic elution of Dikma Diamonsil-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and mobile phase of methanol-0.5% -1, column temperature 25 ℃, detector wavelength 278 nm. Results: The linearity of cinnamic acid and harpagoside were 1.53-40.80 and 4.56-121. 60 μg · mL-1, respectively. The linear range was Y = 190177X-39502 (r = 0.9997), Y = 55216X- 21379 (r = 0.9996). The average recovery rates were 99.6% (RSD 1.0%) and 100.8% (RSD 1.2%), respectively. Conclusion: The method of sample processing is simple, accurate and reproducible. The method can be used for the quality control of compound black ginseng granules.
