目的探讨开心胶囊对气滞血瘀型高脂动物内皮损伤的保护作用机制。方法复制气滞血瘀高脂大鼠模型,制作相应血清,作用于人脐静脉内皮细胞,观察其MCP-1 mRNA的表达。结果开心胶囊高剂量含药血清对MCP-1 mRNA表达的抑制作用与立普妥相当。结论开心胶囊保护此类内皮损伤的机制可能与降低MCP-1有关。
Objective To explore the protective mechanism of Kaixin capsule on endothelial injury in qi stagnation and blood stasis type high fat animal. Methods Hyperglycemia rat model with qi stagnation and blood stasis was established. The corresponding serum was prepared and applied to human umbilical vein endothelial cells to observe the expression of MCP-1 mRNA. Results The inhibitory effect of high-dose serum containing Kaixin capsule on MCP-1 mRNA expression was similar to that of Lipitor. Conclusion The protective mechanism of Kaixin capsule on such endothelial injury may be related to the decrease of MCP-1.
