力触觉再现装置是一种重要的人机交互接口设备,在虚拟现实和遥操作技术中有广泛的应用。本文根据人手指力觉具有模糊性的特点,将人手指力觉的范围进行离散化,在此基础上提出了一种具有快速响应能力的新型柔性触觉再现装置的原理及结构。这种装置的响应频率可达10Hz,并具有结构简单可靠、易于小型化等优点。还介绍了新装置的设计、制造的要点。
Force-tactile reproduction device is an important human-computer interaction interface device, which has a wide range of applications in virtual reality and teleoperation technology. Based on the characteristics of human fingers ’sense of fuzziness, this paper discretizes the range of human fingers’ sense of force. Based on this, a new type of flexible haptic playback device with fast response capability is proposed. The response frequency of this device up to 10Hz, and has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, easy to miniaturization and so on. Also introduced the new device design, manufacture the main points.
