一种抑制显象管跳火的非常有效的新系统,即人们熟知的并已在大量生产显象管电子枪和阳极柱之间涂复内电阻涂层。在制造过程中,由于吸气剂高导电钡材料有蒸发现象,造成内电阻涂层短路,因而使这种抑制跳火方法实际上有很大的困难。同时,吸气剂使用弹簧支撑也会引起电阻涂层短路。只有将吸气剂安置在阳极柱或阴罩上,并使用专门的定向屏蔽来减少吸气剂材料沉淀在电阻涂层上。一种新的解决办法是使电阻涂层表面呈微孔粗糙状,造成不易吸附吸气剂的蒸发物质,同时置吸气剂于抑制跳火电路的边缘。
A very effective new system for suppressing kinking in kinescope tubes is known, and an internal resistance coating has been applied between mass-produced electron guns and anode columns. In the manufacturing process, the short circuit of the internal resistance coating is caused due to the evaporation phenomenon of the highly conductive getter barium material, so that the method of suppressing the flashover is actually very difficult. At the same time, the use of spring-loaded getters can cause short-circuiting of the resistive coating. Only the getter should be placed on the anode post or shadow mask and a special directional shield should be used to reduce the getter material deposit on the resistive coating. A new solution is to make the surface of the resistive coating microporous and rough, resulting in a less readily adsorbable getter evaporated material with a getter at the edge of the suppression circuit.
