六中全会《决议》指出:“精神文明建设贯穿在经济和社会生活的各个方面,全党全社会必须高度重视。”“在精神文明建设中,要十分重视民主党派的作用”。为什么在精神文明建设中要重视民主党派的作用?我认为,这是由于民主党派参政党的性质和职能,由于民主党派对促进精神文明建设有独特的优势所决定的。
