目的:对假黄皮茎枝的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、反相中压柱色谱和制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,运用波谱数据并结合文献鉴定结构。结果:从假黄皮茎枝中分离得到了11个化合物,分别鉴定为:adicardin(1)、香豆素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、6-甲氧基-香豆素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、alloisoimperatorin(4)、isopentenoyloxypsoralen(5)、nordentatin(6)、xanthyletin(7)、7-羟基香豆素(8)、3-甲酰基咔唑(9)、3-甲酰基-6-甲氧基咔唑(10)、murrayanine(11)。结论:其中,化合物2~4、10为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1和5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the rhizome of rhizome. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, reversed phase medium pressure column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral data and literature. Results: Eleven compounds were isolated from the rhizome of pseudocapsa and identified as adicardin (1), coumarin-7-O-α-L-rhamnosyl- β-D-glucoside (2), 6-methoxy-coumarin-7-O-α-L- , Alloisoimperatorin (4), isopentenoyloxypsoralen (5), nordentatin (6), xanthyletin (7), 7-hydroxycoumarin (8), 3- formylcarbazole (9) Carbazoles (10), murrayanine (11). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2 ~ 4 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
