目的评价复方含氯消毒液对某托幼机构环境物体表面的消毒效果。方法对某托幼机构240件接触幼儿物品应用复方含氯消毒液和紫外线消毒方法进行消毒,消毒前后对各组细菌检出率进行比较分析。结果复方含氯消毒液消毒后细菌总数检出率为2.01%,大肠菌群检出率为1.39%,未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,复方含氯消毒液消毒效果优于紫外线。结论复方含氯消毒液喷雾消毒是一种简便、快速、安全、有效、经济的消毒方法,值得托幼机构、学校环境物品消毒的推广。
Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of compound chlorinated disinfectant on the surface of environmental objects in a kindergarten. Methods A total of 240 nursery objects exposed to nurseries were disinfected with compound chlorinated disinfectant and ultraviolet disinfection method. The detection rates of bacteria in each group were compared before and after disinfection. Results The detection rate of total bacterial count was 2.01% and the coliform group detection rate was 1.39%. No Staphylococcus aureus was detected. The disinfection effect of compound chlorinated disinfectant was superior to that of ultraviolet light. Conclusion Compound chlorinated disinfectant spray disinfection is a simple, rapid, safe, effective and economical disinfection method, it is worth to nurseries, school disinfection of the promotion of environmental items.
