文章通过对新疆高校体育教学发展中存在的问题进行分析,发现影响高校体育教学发展的因素有:教学管理水平、教学指导思想的确定、教学内容的设置和教学模式的使用、体育教学考核与评价体系、体育教师的素质、教学环境等,并提出了相应的发展策略,以期为新疆高校体育教学发展提供一些理论依据,使高校体育教学能培养出更多高素质的人才。
Through the analysis of the existing problems in the development of physical education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang, the author finds that the factors influencing the development of physical education in colleges and universities are as follows: the level of teaching management, the determination of teaching guiding ideology, the setting of teaching contents and the use of teaching modes, the assessment and evaluation of physical education System, the quality of physical education teachers, teaching environment and so on, and put forward the corresponding development strategies in order to provide some theoretical basis for the development of physical education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang, so that physical education in colleges and universities can train more high-quality personnel.
