一九七六年五月,我们接受了一批可锻铸铁扇形齿轮板的生产任务,要求牌号KT35-10,委托单位要求尽快交货。我们综合了国内外的经验,结合生产条件采取了几个方面的措施,使退火周期缩短到10.5~13.5小时,铸件机械性能达到和超过了KT35-10牌号要求。现将采取的措施和试验情况叙述如下: (一)稳定基本元素(C、Si、Mn、S、P、Cr)的含量。并在适当降低含碳量(控制在2.5%左右)的基础上,提高硅的含量(控制在1.5~1.7%)。并注意降低磷、铬的含量和适当的锰硫比值。我厂生产的可锻铸铁原铁水化学成份为:2.4~2.6%C,1.5~1.7%Si,0.4~0.6%Mn,0.10~0.15%S,<0.07%P,<0.05%Cr。根据我们的生产经验和体会,认为可锻铸铁硅的含量主要决定于和碳在
In May 1976, we accepted a batch of malleable cast iron sector gear plate production tasks, requiring grade KT35-10, commissioned by the unit as soon as possible delivery.
