本文首先阐述了当代学者专家及基层党建工作者运用现代管理学、组织学及心理学理论对基层党建工作的有益探索,从分析基层党建三个层次中存在的问题,提出了几点思考。从构建党员和谐健康心理,建立学习型党组织,在基层党组织管理中运用权变管理理论三个方面提出了完善基层党建工作的建议。
This paper firstly elaborates the useful exploration of contemporary party experts and grass-roots party-building workers in the work of party building at the grassroots level by using the theories of modern management, histology and psychology. From the analysis of the problems existing in the three levels of the party building at the grassroots level, some suggestions are put forward. From the three aspects of building a harmonious and healthy psychology of party members, establishing a learning party organization and using contingency management theory in the management of the grassroots party organizations, this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the party building at the grassroots level.
