针对磨机传动系统动力学模型中所需要的大量矩阵运算,采用了在VC++平台下集成matcom的混合编程的方法开发了传动系统扭振特性分析软件。该软件可以分析出多种类型磨机传动系统的固有频率和结构参数的灵敏度,为磨机传动系统减震设计提供了重要依据。该方法大大简化了数值计算算法,缩短了软件开发时间。
Aiming at a large number of matrix operations required in the dynamics model of the mill drive system, a hybrid programming method based on matcom is introduced in the VC ++ platform to develop the torsional vibration characteristics analysis software of the drive system. The software can analyze the sensitivity of the natural frequency and structural parameters of many types of mill drive system and provides an important basis for the design of mill drive system damping. This method greatly simplifies the numerical algorithm and shortens the software development time.
