为进一步弘扬社会主义先进文化,发掘中小学语言艺术人才,提高中小学生艺术欣赏水平,由南充市文学艺术界联合会、南充市教育局主办,《读与写》承办,南充市顺庆区西河路小学协办的全国第四届“夏青杯”朗诵大赛川东北赛区南充中小学生选拔赛取得了圆满成功。经专家们严格评审,评选出一等奖14名,二等奖23名,三等奖30名,优秀奖、优秀指导老师奖、组织奖若干。
