目的:探究不同功率He:Ne激光对种植体骨结合面积所产生的影响。方法:选取8只成年雄性犬,在每只犬的胫骨处植入4枚种植体,同时将种植体进行编号,分为A、B、C、D(对照组)四个组,其余三组为观察组,共64枚种植体。观察组采用不同功率He:Ne激光垂直照射种植。在手术后的1、2、3个月分别将4只犬进行处死,留取标本进行骨磨片制作。结果:手术后1、2个月其四组无显著差异,手术3个月后A、B两组与C、D两组具存在差异,具有统计学意义。结论:手术后进行低功率He:Ne激光两周后,可以显著加大种植体骨结合的面积。
Objective: To investigate the effect of He: Ne laser with different powers on the osseointegration of implants. Methods: Eight adult male dogs were selected. Four implants were implanted into the tibia of each dog. At the same time, the implants were numbered and divided into four groups: A, B, C and D (control group), and the other three groups For the observation group, a total of 64 implants. Observation group using different power He: Ne laser vertical planting. Four dogs were sacrificed at 1, 2, and 3 months after surgery, respectively. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups at 1 month and 2 months after surgery. There was a significant difference between the two groups after 3 months of surgery in groups A and C and those in groups C and D, which were statistically significant. CONCLUSION: After two weeks of low-power He: Ne laser surgery, the implant-bone area can be significantly increased.
