对萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器总体电路分系统进行了研制。给出了分系统任务功能、组成和主要指标。分析了电缆切割、舱外电缆需经受极端低温环境和剩磁指标严等特点。介绍了中俄电接口、供电接口、巡航段通信接口、分离信号接口设计,舱外电缆超低温适应设计和试验,低频电缆的剩磁控制设计,以及接地设计。试验结果表明:设计符合要求,为后续深空探测积累了经验。
The firefly one (YH-1) Mars rover overall circuit subsystem was developed. The function, composition and main indexes of sub-system tasks are given. Analyzed the cable cutting, outdoor cable to be subjected to extreme low temperature environment and remanence index strict characteristics. This paper introduces the design and test of China-Russia electrical interface, power supply interface, cruise section communication interface, separate signal interface design, ultra low temperature adaptation of extra-cable and low-frequency cable remanence control design and grounding design. The test results show that the design meets the requirements and accumulates experience for subsequent deep space exploration.
