近年来,国际上在应用概率论可靠度理论解决结构安全度问题并统一各种结构的基本设计方法方面取得了显著的进展。土木工程国际协会联络委员会(由欧洲混凝土委员会、国际预应力混凝土联合会、欧洲钢结构协会、国际建筑研究与文献委员会、国际桥梁与结构工程协会、国际壳体与特种结构协会、国际材料与结构试验研究所联合会组成)编制的《结构统一标准规范的国际体系》开始分卷出版是一个重要的标志。第一卷《对各类结构和材料的共同统一规则》是该体系的统一指导原则,其中较全面地应用了统计数学上的成果,但采用工程结构设计中习惯的表达形式。本文对第一卷的内容作了概括性的介绍,以期引起有关方面的注意。
In recent years, significant progress has been made internationally in applying probabilistic reliability theory to solve structural safety problems and unifying basic design methods of various structures. Civil Engineering International Association Liaison Committee (European Concrete Committee, International Prestressed Concrete Federation, European Steel Structure Association, International Architecture Research and Documentation Committee, International Bridge and Structural Engineering Association, International Shell and Special Structure Association, International Materials and Structures The publication of the “International System of Structurally Uniform Standards and Regulations” compiled by the Institute of Experimental Institutes is an important sign. The first volume “Common Uniform Rules for Various Structures and Materials” is the unified guiding principle of the system, in which the results of statistical mathematics are applied more comprehensively, but the customary forms of expression in the design of engineering structures are adopted. This article gives a general introduction to the contents of the first volume in order to arouse the attention of relevant parties.
