准确提取物流信息是物流工作正常进行的基础,但市面上现存的几种物流信息系统集成性能低且能耗高,无法为物流企业带来可观的效益。设计激光自动扫描物流信息系统,该系统由激光自动扫描模块和物流信息提取模块组成,两个模块通过互联网、蓝牙或传感器进行连接。激光自动扫描模块由3DH-3M三维扫描仪和控制端组成,3DH-3M三维扫描仪通过三角架构原理,收集并扫描物流货物的物流信息。控制端使用MYSQL提供的代码,对扫描工作进行调节和限制,以获取精准的扫描结果。3DH-3M三维扫描仪将其获取的扫描结果传输到物流信息提取模块,物流信息提取模块使用有效信息模型,确定扫描结果的有效信息,并提取出其中的激光扫描线和激光扫描点。将激光扫描点写入激光扫描线的对应位置,便可提取到准确的物流信息。实验结果证明,所设计的系统集成性能高、能耗低。
Accurately extracting logistics information is the basis for the normal operation of logistics. However, several existing logistics information systems in the market have low integration performance and high energy consumption, which can not bring considerable benefits to logistics enterprises. Design laser automatic scanning logistics information system, the system consists of automatic laser scanning module and logistics information extraction module, the two modules through the Internet, Bluetooth or sensor connection. The laser automatic scanning module is composed of a 3DH-3M 3D scanner and a control terminal. The 3DH-3M 3D scanner collects and scans the logistic information of the goods through the triangular architecture principle. The control side uses the code provided by MYSQL to adjust and limit the scanning work for accurate scanning results. The 3DH-3M 3D scanner transmits the obtained scanning result to the logistics information extraction module. The logistics information extraction module uses the effective information model to determine the valid information of the scanning result and extracts the laser scanning line and the laser scanning point therein. The laser scanning point into the corresponding position of the laser scanning line, we can extract the accurate logistics information. Experimental results show that the designed system has high performance and low energy consumption.
