目的:建立小儿速效感冒口服溶液中咖啡因的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定咖啡因的含量,以氯仿为溶液,选择测定波长276 mm。结果:咖啡因的线性范围为6~18μg/mL,r=0.9992,平均回收率为99.24%,RSD为0.98%(n=9)。结论:该法准确、稳定、快速,可用于小儿速效感冒口服溶液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of caffeine in oral solution of children’s rapid-onset cold. Methods: The content of caffeine was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The wavelength was 276 mm with chloroform as solution. Results: The linear range of caffeine was 6 ~ 18μg / mL, r = 0.9992, the average recovery was 99.24%, RSD was 0.98% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, stable and rapid and can be used for quality control of oral solution in children with fast-acting cold.
