当前各行业高新技术企业面临技术创新的严峻考验,知识产权管理层面的问题逐渐受到关注。以铜陵有色、兖矿集团及西门子公司的知识产权战略实施和组织结构调整历程为案例,立足组织理论视角,归纳出高新技术企业知识产权战略实施特点,以及如何影响公司职能分配和调整组织结构,并找出其共通点。研究表明:知识产权战略地位调整决定知识产权部门权利归属,并影响组织结构的调整;组织结构支撑知识产权战略的实施;知识产权战略主导企业知识产权管理的组织结构,同时还受规模、环境、技术等其他因素的影响。
At present, all kinds of high-tech enterprises in various industries are facing a severe test of technological innovation, and problems in the administration of intellectual property have drawn increasing attention. Taking the cases of Tongling Nonferrous Metals, Yankuang Group and Siemens Company’s intellectual property strategy implementation and organizational structure adjustment as examples, based on the organizational theory perspective, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the implementation of intellectual property strategy of high-tech enterprises and how to influence the distribution of company functions and the adjustment of organizational structure, And find out their common ground. The research shows that the adjustment of the strategic position of intellectual property determines the ownership of intellectual property and affects the adjustment of organizational structure; the organizational structure supports the implementation of intellectual property strategy; and the intellectual property strategy dominates the organizational structure of intellectual property management of enterprises, Technology and other factors.
