自Feigenbaum~1首先报导使用M型超声心动图(UCG)测定左室每搏输出量以来,UCG检测心功的研究日益深入广泛,与有创检查相比,多呈显著相关,临床应用日趋普遍。虽然二维UCG使用渐多,但在检测心功方面仍系初始,尚无成熟经验可循,本文就UCG检测标准化、心功能主要公式选择、重复性及临床应用等问题作一概述。
Since Feigenbaum ~ 1 first reported the use of M-mode echocardiography (UCG) to measure left ventricular stroke volume, UCG has become more and more widely used in the detection of cardiac work. Compared with invasive examination, UCG has many significant correlations, and clinical application is more and more common . Although two-dimensional UCG is used more and more, it still has no initial experience in the detection of heart function, so there is no mature experience to follow. This article summarizes the standardization of UCG test, the choice of the main formula of cardiac function, reproducibility and clinical application.
